Data Center Infrastructure OEM Sales - Contract Manufacturing
Sheet Metal Fabrication, Welding & Electromechanical Integration
Pen Manufacturing is seeking a Data Center Infrastructure OEM Sales expert to lead strategic business development and expansion within hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data center ecosystems.
This role is responsible for securing and scaling long-term OEM and infrastructure manufacturing partnerships supporting mission-critical data center builds across North America.
We are looking for a senior commercial leader with strong experience in OEM manufacturing environments who understands how to build durable, high-value infrastructure partnerships.
Role Overview
โ€ข Develop and expand OEM relationships within the data center infrastructure ecosystem
โ€ข Drive new business with hyperscalers, integrators, and critical infrastructure providers
โ€ข Structure long-term manufacturing agreements and production programs
โ€ข Build executive-level relationships with procurement, engineering, and operations leaders
โ€ข Lead pricing strategy, proposal development, and contract negotiations
โ€ข Align customer requirements with engineering and manufacturing capabilities
โ€ข Support strategic growth and vertical expansion initiatives
Ideal Background
โ€ข 10-20+ years of sales or strategic account leadership experience
โ€ข Direct experience selling into data center infrastructure required
โ€ข Existing relationships with OEMs, hyperscalers, or infrastructure providers strongly preferred
โ€ข Background in sheet metal fabrication, welding, electrical infrastructure, or electromechanical assemblies preferred
โ€ข Proven success securing large-scale OEM production programs
โ€ข Strong executive presence and ability to operate at senior customer levels
Candidates without direct data center or OEM manufacturing experience will not be considered.
Compensation: $80,000-120,000
Commission Bonus: $0-300,000+ per year
Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentive
