Description
Cloud Infrastructure Business Operations (CIBO) leads the business level infrastructure requirements and costs at Apple. CIBO manages, reports and optimizes 1PC and 3PC Infrastructure investments in partnership with Finance, Corporate Procurement and Engineering. CIBO combines individual business demands into an aligned infrastructure signal for Apple Cloud Platforms (1PC) and 3rd Party Cloud providers (3PC). CIBO engages with each line of business on their annual infrastructure plans and budgets.
CIBO has three discrete teams, CIBO Demand, CIBO Supply and CIBO Cloud Management and Analytics.
CIBO is looking for a senior leader to join, Cloud Infrastructure Supply team. This role will work closely with executives on the capacity planning to support Apple's Intelligence roadmap.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 12 years of experience with a focus in infrastructure operations, cloud platforms, capacity planning, or technical program leadership
Synthesize infrastructure capacity insights from engineering and platform teams to guide leadership on system readiness, future growth, and potential limitations.
Excellent analytical ability, clear communication, and effective stakeholder management skills.
Executive presentation and presence required
Bachelors Degree or equivalent professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience coordinating cross-team planning initiatives in complex infrastructure environments
Strong business acumen and experience managing cost and optimizations programs in infrastructure
Experience with AI-powered analytics or automated infrastructure planning tools.
