Le Coordonnateur - Infrastructure TI est responsable de la coordination efficace des opérations et des projets liés à l'infrastructure informatique de l'entreprise. Ce rôle nécessite une expertise technique approfondie dans les domaines des systèmes, des réseaux, de la sécurité et de la gestion des données, ainsi que des compétences en gestion de projet et en leadership pour assurer le bon fonctionnement et l'évolution de l'infrastructure technologique.
Votre participation
  • Assurer la haute disponibilité, la performance et la sécurité des systèmes et du réseau.
  • Planifier et structurer les travaux d’infrastructure en traduisant les besoins d’affaires et techniques en plans de travail concrets.
  • Assurer la surveillance proactive des environnements et anticiper les enjeux de capacité et de performance.
  • Administrer, configurer, maintenir et faire évoluer les environnements serveurs, systèmes et plateformes de virtualisation.
  • Identifier, proposer et implanter des améliorations aux processus, outils et pratiques d’infrastructure.
  • Coordonner les interventions impliquant plusieurs systèmes, équipes et fournisseurs.
  • Élaborer et mettre en place des plans de relève, du plan de continuité des affaires et assurer les tests requis.
  • Assurer la sécurité informatique de l’infrastructure et du réseau de télécommunication et valider l’utilisation des outils de contrôle.
  • Planifier et répartir le travail au sein de l’équipe en fonction des priorités.
  • Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.
Vos compétences
  • BAC ou DEC en informatique ou domaine connexe.
  • Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience comme administrateur système ou réseau.
  • Toute autre combinaison de formation et d’expérience pertinente sera considérée.
  • Maîtrise de la langue française parlée et écrite et une connaissance de la langue anglaise parlée et écrite (intermédiaire à avancé).
  • Maîtrise de l’environnement Microsoft (Windows), Azure (VDI), VMware.
  • Connaissance Terminal Server ou technologies similaires (Citrix, RDS, AVD).
  • Connaissance Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, SQL, etc.
  • Connaissance pratique de la méthodologie ITIL ou équivalente, NIST ou CIS.
  • Disponibilité hors des heures de travail normales, au besoin.
  • Permis de conduire classe 5 valide (déplacements occasionnels).
  • Compétences recherchées : Leadership positif et esprit de collaboration, Service à la clientèle (interne et externe), Capacité à évoluer dans des contextes complexes et sous pression, Planification et organisation.
