Job description

Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer III to manage and optimize on-prem and cloud infrastructure systems. The role involves defining requirements for stability and integrity, monitoring systems, and resolving issues to maximize IT investments.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for defining the requirements to ensure stability, integrity, and efficient operation of clients on-prem and cloud infrastructure systems that support core organizational functions.
• This is achieved by developing and seeing to the implementation of the methods to be utilized for monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all Infrastructure systems.
• Responsible for applying proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Knowledge ordinarily obtained through a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 to 8 years of work experience; or 10 to 12 years of progressive information system experience with 8 – 10 years in an Infrastructure or System engineer or equivalent role
• Expert level experience/knowledge with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly as it pertains to InTune and endpoint management and Exchange Online and mail delivery
• Expert-level knowledge and experience with PowerShell scripting
• Expert-level knowledge and experience with Active Directory & Azure AD
