Job Title: SWIFT Infrastructure Support – Senior Associate
Location: Hybrid (within 50 miles of Plano, TX or Reston, VA, onsite required)

About the Role
We are seeking a SWIFT Infrastructure Support – Senior Associate to join our Cloud Infrastructure and Technology Engineering team. In this role, you will design and support moderately complex IT infrastructure solutions with a strong focus on SWIFT technologies, Linux/Unix systems, middleware, and cloud migration. You will play a key role in ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance across mission-critical financial platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop solutions for IT infrastructure components and application design.
Monitor and optimize the performance and capacity of IT platforms.
Draft and maintain policies, guidelines, and SOPs for infrastructure management.
Provide hands-on engineering support for SWIFT and related technologies.
Support migration from on-premises infrastructure to cloud environments.
Collaborate in agile teams, contributing to solution design and delivery.
Must-Have Qualifications
2+ years of experience in engineering Linux/Unix systems.
Strong expertise in cloud technologies and cloud migration projects.
Hands-on experience with middleware/messaging products (IBM MQ, SQS/SNS).
