Details:
Infrastructure Management Admin
Location: -Richfield, MN - Hybrid role (Weekly once)
Duration: 6-12 months
**** Must have 1 yr exp on Moogsoft
  • Should have more than 8+ yrs of experience
  • Strong Knowledge on Unix commands with 4-5 experience
  • Should have very good understanding of the IT infrastructure area - hardware, OS(RHEL/CentOS and Windows), networks etc.
  • Knowledge and Experience on Node JS and JavaScript
  • Event Management - Monitoring tool experience , Alerting, Threshold setting ,
    Topology , Infrastructure ,Application Relationship and CMDB management
  • Should have good understanding of infrastructure management processes; good understanding of process framework like ITIL is needed.
  • Good communication (written & oral), presentation skills, quick learner, self-initiated, team player, willing to travel, open to work in shifts.
  • Should have customer interfacing exposure in at least 1 project
  • Worked on any Event management tools as NetCool, BMC True sight etc.atment and fire life safety systems.
