As IT Support at SPAARK, you will support the Mission Integration Records Management Division staff under the PFPA.

  • The contractor shall be responsible for coordinating with the CRMO in the administration of records and documented information for the entirety of its lifecycle, which includes the creation, maintenance, use, storage, retrieval, and disposal of records agency-wide for PFPA as outlined in the PFPA correspondence regulations.
  • Provide Information Technology (IT) support and manage the O: drive infrastructure to 1200+ PFPA staff with access, and removal of permissions. Approximately 150 GB of data safeguarded via security groups creations to support agencyโ€™s business needs and mission requirements.
  • Perform routine daily task in coordination with the JSP to manage agency security groups averaging three service ticket a day. Provide naming convention conformity for security groups and prevent the creation of excessive security groups.
  • Investigate problems and provide corrective actions with security group divergence, permission breaches, embedded folders, and other aspects of project management three times a week.
  • Coordinate with JSP, RM and Directorates to identify users and assign the appropriate level of permissions (read, write, execute) rights to access folders on a weekly basis (three time per week).
  • Identify incoming and outgoing employees. Maintain an accurate list of PFPA employeesโ€™ accounts on the server. Coordinate with JSP to remove obsolete accounts of departed employees on a weekly basis (three times per week).
  • Manage the process and coordinate with JSP to update e-mail accounts, rights to folders, security groups and server updates for incoming and exiting PFPA employees daily averaging 10 updates a week.
  • Coordinate with JSP to update PFPA accounts. Routine tasks include 3 to 4 times a week coordinating with JSP to procure all forms of IT equipment for PFPA headquarters to complete mission essential task. Serves as the assistant IT property POC custodian for PFPA to assist in managing IT equipment. POC to coordinate with JSP to ensure all IT equipment is updated and upgraded accordingly.
  • Provide quality monthly checks of the O: drive to ensure records management regulatory requirements are being met.
  • Perform monthly 3-hour data migration testing. Ensure system implementation and upgrades are at peak level.
  • Provide and discuss monthly, bi-monthly, and quarterly reports on permission breaches, agency security groups, and employees accounts.
