Job Description

Title: Desktop Support

Location: Denver Co

Duration: 6 Months

Purpose/Scope

  • This contractor will be responsible for assistance in evaluating, reviewing, sorting and standardizing software package data for compilation into a Senate Bill report.
  • Once the data is standardized with the Senate Bill report, this contractor will assist with other project planning for the Deskside Support Services Enterprise Manager.
  • Contractor will be directed by Deskside Enterprise Manager and will also work with 10 Deskside Managers who are located across the state.
  • Data will be provided via email, Google Drive and conference calls.
  • Additionally, this contractor will be assisting with project planning tasks, reports, and/or gathering additional information from the Deskside Managers.
Qualifications

Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of Desktop End User working environment
  • Basic knowledge of searching for software components to determine if they are part of a software package or an independent software program
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel including formulas
  • Basic knowledge of Google Drive
  • Proficient in communicating in person and in writing
  • Able to work well with others, take direction, and offer suggestions
  • Self motivated working independently
