  • Partner with product managers, architects, and technology leaders to align engineering capacity and delivery priorities with strategic business objectives.
  • Provide technical leadership across application design, development, implementation, integration, and performance optimization.
  • Guide engineering teams in evaluating, selecting, and implementing scalable technology solutions and best practices.
  • Drive execution of multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring delivery commitments, quality standards, and operational excellence are met.
  • Review and approve technical designs, architecture decisions, documentation, and engineering standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate technical progress, risks, dependencies, and business value in a clear and effective manner.
  • Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and remediation efforts to improve system reliability and operational resilience.
  • Champion continuous improvement across engineering practices, DevOps processes, quality standards, and team effectiveness.
  • Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, testing strategies, and technical governance activities to ensure high-quality solutions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience; advanced degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams while maintaining strong technical engagement.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop engineers across both technical and professional competencies.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience influencing technical decisions and driving outcomes across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing delivery commitments, production support, and incident response activities.
  • Knowledge of DevOps principles, engineering metrics, and modern software delivery practices.
  • Experience leading teams through organizational, technical, or process change.
  • Understanding of responsible and effective use of AI-enabled tools and technologies.

Preferred Technical Expertise:
