Palm Beach Health Network - Tenet is seeking a MRI Technologist for a job in Delray Beach, Florida.

Position Summary

mon-fri 230p-1100p holidays, call, and some weekends required.

Performs diagnostic MRI examinations, following radiologistโ€™ protocols, for evaluation and treatment by attending physician. Provides radiologist with pertinent clinical information. Demonstrates complete working knowledge of MRI scanner and related equipment. Performs routine protocols and positions patients correctly using appropriate coils. Participates in the quality, process and performance improvement initiatives as requested. Performs timely documentation in radiology computer systems. Meets departmental performance expectations and Customer Service Standards of Excellence.

Qualifications for Internal Candidatesย ย ย ย 
EDUCATION

Graduate of accredited program in radiologic technology
Associate's Degree preferred ย 

EXPERIENCE

2 years experience in MRI preferred

CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE/REGISTRATION/EXPERIENCE:ย 

Florida License American Heart Association BLS certificationย 

๏‚ท Must be ARRT registered; certification in MRI must be obtained within 1 year of hire into the position.ย 

Two (2) years experience in MRI preferred ORย 

๏‚ท ARMRIT certified with 2 years of clinical experience in MRI required
