Serves as the primary business systems liaison for enterprise document management, print, and fulfillment operations, vendor integrations, and workflow technologies. Partners with Information Technology, vendors, and business stakeholders to enhance system functionality, optimize business processes, and improve operational efficiency.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
  • Facilitate system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Support vendor integrations and ongoing system connectivity.
  • Configure and maintain document management and workflow solutions.
  • Develop and execute system testing activities, including user acceptance testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Support software implementation projects and system upgrades.
  • Maintain system documentation, procedures, and configuration records.
  • Manage release activities, including validation and deployment support.
  • Collaborate with Information Technology and business partners on technical initiatives and strategic projects.

Supporting Responsibilities:
  • Assist with project planning, implementation, and post-implementation activities.
  • Develop user guides, reference materials, and training documentation.
  • Participate in operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct system audits and support compliance activities.
  • Meet department and company performance and attendance expectations.
  • Follow the PacificSource privacy policy and HIPAA laws and regulations concerning confidentiality and security of protected health information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

SUCCESS PROFILE
Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business systems analysis, application support, healthcare technology, operational systems, or related field required. Experience supporting business applications, system integrations, and operational workflows required.
Education, Certificates, Licenses: Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required..
Knowledge: Business analysis principles and methodologies. Systems integration concepts and technologies. Healthcare applications and business processes. Document management and workflow systems. SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis tools preferred. Microsoft Office Suite applications.
