Job description

โ€ข Lead and manage end-to-end information handover from Projects to Operations for Trion, ensuring structured transmittal of documents, records, and data aligned to operational readiness at the Woodside Houston site
โ€ข Define and implement requirements for document and data handover, including lifecycle, retention, and compliance standards
โ€ข Collaborate with Operations Readiness and cross-functional stakeholders onsite to configure EDMS platforms (e.g., Documentum, SharePoint) and establish enterprise-wide information classification frameworks
โ€ข Map, standardize, and govern metadata attributes across systems (Omega PIMS โ†’ Documentum) to ensure consistency, traceability, and reporting readiness
โ€ข Develop and manage handover schedules, milestones, and tracking mechanisms to ensure timely and complete transition
โ€ข Establish and maintain Information Management (IM) standards, procedures, and governance frameworks aligned to enterprise data strategy
โ€ข Lead onsite workshops with business, IT, and document control teams to define IM requirements, resolve data issues, and drive standardization
โ€ข Design and deliver training programs, QRGs, and change management initiatives to drive adoption across Operations teams
โ€ข Liaise with Digital teams to implement SharePoint-based collaboration platforms and define reporting/dashboard requirements

โ€ข Strong experience in Information Management, Records Management, and Document Control within large-scale organizations (Energy/O&G preferred)
โ€ข Hands-on expertise with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) / EDMS platforms:
o OpenText Documentum (or equivalent)
o SharePoint or similar collaboration platforms
โ€ข Proven experience in project-to-operations document handover, including transmittals, lifecycle, and compliance requirements
โ€ข Deep understanding of metadata management, document classification, and information lifecycle management
โ€ข Experience defining and implementing IM standards, governance frameworks, and procedures
โ€ข Strong stakeholder engagement skills across Project, Operations, and Digital/IT teams
โ€ข Experience leading workshops, requirement gathering, and cross-functional alignment sessions
โ€ข Ability to design and deliver training programs and drive user adoption
โ€ข Strong execution capability with schedule tracking, milestone management, and governance discipline
โ€ข Based in Houston, TX with ability to work onsite (Woodside client site)
โ€ข Experience in large-scale capital projects (upstream, offshore, LNG, mining, etc.)
โ€ข Exposure to Omega PIMS or similar project EDMS tools
โ€ข Experience with data governance tools (e.g., Informatica Axon, Collibra, etc.)
โ€ข Exposure to data platform / transformation programs (e.g., Azure Data Lake, BI/reporting modernization)
โ€ข Experience working in global, multi-region environments
โ€ข Background in vendor/platform evaluation and contract management
โ€ข Familiarity with regulatory compliance, audit, and data retention frameworks
