Job description

Position: Sr Data Governance Consultant
Location: Jersey City, NJ (Onsite from Day 1)
Job Type: Full Time
 

Job Description:
  • Must have a minimum of 8+ years of experience in Design, Development & implementation experience in Data Governance
  • Must have worked in Agile development environment and familiar with Software Development Lifecycle, Agile/Scrum process.
  • Assess current lineage, metadata, and data quality practices
  • Perform sample attribute-level lineage analysis
  • Identify gaps in lineage coverage and automation
  • Profile data quality issues (accuracy, completeness)
  • Define DQ rules, KPIs, and monitoring approach
  • Recommend metadata/catalog strategy
  • Define standards for lineage, glossary, and DQ.
 
NOTE:
This is primarily a Data Governance Consultant / Data Governance Analyst role with strong focus on Data Lineage, Metadata Management, and Data Quality Governance.
