• Act as the business point of contact during production issues and outages.
• Coordinate with support (L2/L3), monitoring/SOC, development, QA, and external teams.
• Validate environment stability (Production, Staging, QA) and flag configuration issues.
• Support incident triage, distinguishing incidents, defects, and enhancements.
• Communicate clear, business-friendly status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support post-deployment monitoring and hyper care to ensure business stability.
• Identify recurring issues and support preventive monitoring and risk mitigation.
• Ensure incidents are closed only after business confirmation, not just technical resolution.
