Title:
Senior Informatica Developer
The Senior Informatica Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise data integration, data warehouse, and business intelligence solutions. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, analysts, architects, and application teams to deliver reliable data pipelines, optimize data processing workflows, and support reporting and analytics initiatives. The successful candidate will leverage deep expertise in Informatica, database technologies, and ETL development to build scalable data solutions while ensuring adherence to data governance, quality, and architectural standards.
Trinzic is being established as an independent public company through the planned separation of KBR's Mission Technology Solutions business, which is expected to be completed on January 4, 2027. This role offers a rare opportunity to join the organization during a pivotal period of growth and transformation, helping build and support enterprise data integration, analytics, and business intelligence capabilities that will position the company for long-term success while serving critical government and commercial missions around the world.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise ETL processes and data integration solutions utilizing Informatica technologies.
  • Partner with business users and IT teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models that support enterprise reporting, analytics, and operational requirements.
  • Build and support data warehouse, data mart, and business intelligence solutions designed to meet evolving business needs.
  • Perform data analysis, impact assessments, and troubleshooting activities to support development, maintenance, and enhancement projects.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, database objects, and data processing workflows to ensure performance and scalability.
  • Coordinate data development initiatives and implement new structures, interfaces, and processes to improve data accessibility and efficiency.
  • Support data governance initiatives by ensuring compliance with established standards, policies, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support releases, deployments, testing activities, and change management processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to less experienced team members and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the data engineering function.

Basic Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Minimum seven (7) years of experience developing ETL and data integration solutions using Informatica PowerCenter.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) Data Integration.
  • Experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise data warehouse and business intelligence solutions.
  • Experience working with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases in enterprise environments.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Technical Expertise
  • Strong understanding of data analysis, data modeling, database design, and relational database concepts.
  • Experience developing ETL workflows, mappings, transformations, and integrations using Informatica technologies.
  • Experience loading and transforming data from multiple data sources into enterprise data warehouses and analytical environments.
  • Experience with Oracle database technologies, including indexing, stored procedures, materialized views, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server databases and advanced SQL development.
  • Experience performing SQL tuning, performance optimization, and data validation activities.
  • Experience utilizing metadata, impact analysis, and data governance methodologies.
