JOB SUMMARY


The Information Technology Manager (Network and Zero Trust Architecture Focus) serves as the primary lead for designing, implementing, and managing the network infrastructure across Hallandale Pharmacy’s expanding enterprise. This includes the current 40,000 sq ft facility, as well as the new 100,000 sq ft 503A and 100,000 sq ft 503B production facilities.

This role requires significant expertise in enterprise networking and will lead the implementation and administration of a Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) using the Cato Networks platform to ensure secure, reliable, and compliant operations across all locations.


Requirements:


DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure network infrastructure supporting 503A and 503B compounding pharmacy operations.
  • Lead the deployment and ongoing administration of the Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) using the Cato Networks platform.
  • Transition of the existing 503A facility network environment to the Zero Trust Architecture framework.
  • Oversee all network operations including LAN, WAN, firewalls, and VPNs to ensure high availability and performance across facilities.
  • Develop, implement, and manage network security policies and procedures.
  • Ensure network infrastructure meets security and regulatory requirements relevant to pharmacy operations.
  • Procure, install, and configure network hardware and software for new facilities and infrastructure expansions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to IT Technicians on network-related systems and issues.
  • Manage IT Service Management (ITSM) processes related to network incidents, problems, and change management.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for network-related issues.
  • Monitor network performance, capacity, and security to ensure optimal operations.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Advanced knowledge of enterprise networking architecture includes LAN, WAN, VPN, and firewall technologies.
  • Strong expertise in Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) design and implementation.
  • Experience with Cato Networks platform or similar secure access service edge (SASE) solutions preferred.
  • Strong understanding of network security principles, monitoring, and threat mitigation.
  • Ability to design scalable network solutions for multi-site operations.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex network environments.
  • Experience leading infrastructure projects in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor technical staff.
  • Strong understanding and application of IT Service Management (ITSM) practices.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in large-scale networking, including design and deployment of wide-area and local-area networks.
  • Demonstrated expertise implementing and administering Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA); experience with Cato Networks is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks, processes, and tools.
  • Experience supervising or leading technical teams preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage complex infrastructure projects in a growing enterprise environment.
