Compensation: In accordance with California law, the expected salary range for this position is posted with this position.  The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law. 

Role Summary: The IT Administrator supports the IT department with planning, organization and implementing efforts toward improvement of overall computer systems. 

  • Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm, with a flex Friday (9/80 work schedule)
  • Location: 155 N Occidental Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90026     

Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues by identifying effective solutions and implementing best practices.
  • Perform computer hardware diagnostics, repairs, upgrades, and component replacements.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, manage IT asset inventory, and assign equipment to end users.
  • Deploy, image, and configure desktop and laptop computers while ensuring system images remain current and standardized.
  • Provision, configure, inventory, and manage all iPads using Mosyle and Apple Unified Platform MDM.
  • Take ownership of all purchase orders from start to finish and submit purchase orders to FreshService after order is complete for our internal record keeping.
  • Maintain hardware and software inventory within FreshService.
  • Track, monitor, and resolve helpdesk tickets, ensuring SLAs are met using FreshService.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical discipline with an IT focus.
  • A minimum of three to five years of experience with Microsoft Office 365 support and troubleshooting methods.
  • A valid CA Drivers License with ability to travel to all St. Anne's sites (Los Angles, Lynwood, Inglewood) 

  • Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills (verbal and written).
