Your mission

Responsible for designing, governing, and continuously improving the production control, inventory management, and material flow systems that support the Streetsboro PSC Factory Model of Excellence. Serves as the operational owner of Infor LN production control and master data while leading strategic initiatives to improve inventory performance, material availability, production flow, and working capital. Through the implementation of Plan for Every Part (PFEP), Kanban, supermarkets, point-of-use inventory, and supplier pull systems, this position creates a stable, predictable, and scalable material flow that enables world-class operational performance. 

Key responsibilities
  • Own production control master data within Infor LN ERP
  • Lead inventory optimization initiatives across all value streams
  • Develop and maintain PFEP for every purchased and manufactured component
  • Establish Kanban and supermarket strategies supporting production
  • Develop the long-term roadmap toward a Supplier-to-PSC Pull System
  • Train and coach teams on PFEP, Kanban, inventory management, and Lean material flow
  • Support standardized work, visual management, and 5S initiatives that improve workplace safety
What we are looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related discipline
  • 2 or more years of experience in Production Control, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, or Master Data
  • Experience with Infor LN ERP and Warehouse Management Systems
  • Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Experience with PFEP, Kanban, supermarkets, pull systems, and inventory optimization
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
