About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infor ERP Analyst / Business Analyst to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and support a large-scale Infor ERP implementation across multiple sister companies. You will play a key role in streamlining business processes, enhancing system functionality, and ensuring the successful delivery of the ERP solution.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP Implementation:
  • Lead and support the Infor ERP implementation across 5-6 sister companies, each migrating from various systems (e.g., QuickBooks, paper-based, or basic Infor setups) to a standardized platform.
  • Collaborate with the Infor PM and external System Integration (SI) partners to execute technical implementation tasks effectively.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external consultants.

Business Analysis & Process Improvement:
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements across Order to Cash, Accounting, and Manufacturing modules.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize existing business processes through ERP configuration and customization.
  • Support change management and training activities to ensure successful ERP adoption.

Collaboration & Support:
  • Work closely with internal business units to understand needs and provide solutions.
  • Ensure ERP solutions align with business goals and operational requirements.
  • Provide ongoing post-implementation support and enhancements.

Technical Skills:
  • Infor ERP experience (preferred): Hands-on expertise in Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) or Infor Syteline
  • Exp with Infor modules such as:
    • Order to Cash
    • Accounting
    • Manufacturing
  • Ability to collaborate with system integrators and consultants to deliver solutions.
