• Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, providing emotional support and therapeutic interventions tailored to client needs.
• Facilitate open dialogues with clients to help them articulate their thoughts and feelings, guiding them toward self-discovery and deeper understanding of their relationships.
• Serve as an advocate for clients, assisting them in establishing personal goals and treatment paths to enhance their mental well-being.
• Assess clients’ mental health conditions and develop comprehensive, solution-focused treatment plans based on your clinical expertise, staying adaptable to clients’ evolving needs.

Our clients are individuals across various demographic backgrounds, all pre-screened for stability and readiness to engage in therapy. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Possession of an independent license—options include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)—issued by the relevant state board. Please note that limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.
• A strong capacity for professional judgment in evaluating, recommending, and implementing treatment strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, along with a compassionate and empathetic approach to client interactions.
• Proficiency with digital tools and technology necessary for remote therapy practice.

• Experience working with a diverse range of clients and addressing various mental health issues.
• Prior engagement in telehealth or virtual therapy environments is highly advantageous, enabling smoother adaptation to our remote work culture.
• A background in community health or related settings will contribute positively to your integration into our practice.

• Competitive salary between USD 90,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
