  • Serve as an advocate for clients, assisting them in establishing personal goals and treatment paths to enhance their mental well-being.
  • Assess clients’ mental health conditions and develop comprehensive, solution-focused treatment plans based on your clinical expertise, staying adaptable to clients’ evolving needs.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients are individuals across various demographic backgrounds, all pre-screened for stability and readiness to engage in therapy. We emphasize building a diverse clientele to reflect the community we serve, ensuring that each therapist can connect with clients that align with their specialties and treatment philosophies.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
  • Possession of an independent license—options include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)—issued by the relevant state board. Please note that limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.
  • A strong capacity for professional judgment in evaluating, recommending, and implementing treatment strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, along with a compassionate and empathetic approach to client interactions.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and technology necessary for remote therapy practice.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with a diverse range of clients and addressing various mental health issues.
  • Prior engagement in telehealth or virtual therapy environments is highly advantageous, enabling smoother adaptation to our remote work culture.
  • A background in community health or related settings will contribute positively to your integration into our practice.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary between USD 90,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
  • Sign-on bonus for eligible candidates, providing immediate financial support upon joining.
  • Weekly direct deposit ensures timely receipt of earned income.
  • Monthly healthcare stipend available for full-time counselors, contributing to your overall well-being.
  • Minimal administrative duties: we handle all billing and paperwork to allow you to focus on therapy.
