Job Description
Are you available weekdays anytime between 8am and 2:30pm? We're looking for dependable student assistants for the Info Desk & Business Services!
  1. Assist with reservations, greeting of students, faculty, and staff by phone and in person.
  2. Assist with other clerical duties as assigned.
  3. Student must also be able to provide general campus and community information, campus maps, and directories.
  4. Maintain financial spreadsheets, general reports, filing and organization of documents.
  5. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • Must be a currently enrolled student and registered for classes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Basic Accounting skills.
  • Ability to Multi-task and work with little supervision.
  • Create and maintain accurate records, files, and spreadsheets.

Preferred Qualifications
Physical Demands
  • Ability to walk, sit, stand, twist as needed.
  • Lifting up to 20 lbs.
  • Able to lift hands above head.
