Editorialist is seeking an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to execute and scale our influencer and expert partnership programs. This role is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing a highly curated network of luxury creators, fashion experts, stylists, editors, and tastemakers who align with Editorialist's premium brand standards.

The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder with a passion for luxury fashion, creator marketing, and partnership development. You'll play a key role in growing Editorialist's creator network, executing campaigns, and building long-term relationships that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.

Your Responsibilities
  • Execute Editorialist's influencer marketing strategy across creator, affiliate, ambassador, and expert partnership programs.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard luxury creators, fashion experts, stylists, editors, and industry tastemakers who align with Editorialist's brand and audience.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality partnership opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for influencers and experts, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat collaborations.
  • Coordinate influencer campaigns from outreach and contracting through execution and reporting.
  • Manage gifting, affiliate partnerships, content deliverables, and campaign communications.
  • Evaluate partners based on brand fit, audience quality, content standards, credibility, and performance.
  • Collaborate with Editorial, Social, Affiliate, Brand Partnerships, and Marketing teams to support campaign execution.
  • Track campaign performance, outreach metrics, and partnership ROI, providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay informed on creator, social media, and luxury fashion trends to identify emerging partnership opportunities.
More About You
  • 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, PR, affiliate marketing, talent relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with influencer outreach and relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of luxury fashion, media, creators, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple partnerships and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong judgment and a keen eye for luxury aesthetics, content quality, and brand alignment.
  • Experience with influencer, affiliate, or CRM platforms is a plus.
