  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Marketing, Campaign, Event, Content, and Creative teams to identify and execute on high-value social opportunities.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to optimize strategies and demonstrate clear business impact.
  • Trend Monitoring: Maintain a deep understanding of platform trends, algorithm shifts, and emerging social channels to ensure we remain at the forefront.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Strategic Expertise: Deep working knowledge of social media best practices across all major platforms.
  • Program Development: Demonstrated success in building or scaling influencer or employee advocacy programs from the ground up.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong writing skills with an ability to craft compelling, high-converting posts for complex enterprise products. (Portfolio submission required).
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Canva. (Bonus: Video editing capabilities).
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage complex relationships with executives, creators, and external partners.
  • Analytical Mindset: A data-driven approach to strategy, with fluency in social analytics tools.
