What Will You Be Doing?
This position is responsible for the management of Frontier Airlines' co-brand credit card products. The individual will lead the product strategy and operations for digital channels and face-to-face marketing strategy to increase cardholder acquisition, activation, and spend. This role will involve traveling to various bases to engage with flight attendants and other key personnel, fostering their ability to sell the credit card effectively.
Essential Functions
  • Face-to-Face Marketing: Travel to Frontier Airlines bases and airport locations to conduct training sessions with flight attendants and staff, enhancing their understanding of the co-brand credit card and its benefits, and equipping them with the tools to effectively promote the card to customers.
  • Manage Field Marketing Strategy: Oversee the implementation of the field marketing strategy to support co-brand credit cards across various channels, including airport activations, in-flight messaging, airport signage, digital, social media, and in-flight promotions.
  • Customer Insight Development: Build a strong understanding of Frontier Airlines' customers and the competitive landscape, using this knowledge to develop key initiatives that drive long-term growth of the co-brand program.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive excellence in campaign management by developing implementation guidelines, creating marketing best practices, and maintaining an archival system for co-brand creative, analytics, and research.
  • Measure and Analyze Campaigns: Ensure each campaign has the proper controls for accurate measurement and analysis; present key results and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
  • Training Development: Create comprehensive training documents to support the credit card's inflight acquisition channel, including training new inflight staff and assisting with recurrent training sessions.
  • Collaboration with Partners: Act as the primary point of contact for the card issuer, marketing agencies, and other partners, aligning interests and fostering collaboration on all program components.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a strong team of coordinators who support the growth of co-brand products and excel in delivering insights.
  • Marketing Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with the Customer Intelligence team to recommend and implement co-brand marketing strategies across existing and emerging channels.
  • Design Promotions: Work closely with the Marketing Operations team to design promotions that enhance customer loyalty and reinforce the Frontier Airlines value proposition.
  • Internal Communications Advocacy: Develop and facilitate internal communications and incentives to increase employee awareness of the co-branded credit card, including acquisition incentives for call center and inflight promotions.
  • Project Management: Maintain a program project list to effectively execute and track the status of projects, campaigns, and events, ensuring marketing efforts support specific forecasts and goals.
  • Creative Brief Development: Design comprehensive creative briefs that guide the development and execution of all marketing assets across channels and vendors.
  • Campaign Calendar Management: Own and manage the co-brand credit card acquisition and portfolio marketing campaign calendar, integrating initiatives into the broader Frontier Airlines marketing strategy and timeline.
  • Support Loyalty Marketing Initiatives: Assist with other Loyalty Marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of progressive experience in marketing, account management and/or partnerships
  • 1-2 years of managing a team across different locations
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferredAbility to manage multiple priorities and manage marketing projects, production schedules, and promotional events, while consistently meeting deadlines
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, a demonstrated sense of urgency and a results-oriented approach
  • Must have good attention to detail for copy proofing/editing
  • Exceptional presentation and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional writing and copy-editing skills
  • Advanced skill level using Excel for data manipulation and analysis
  • Has an understanding or interest in learning HTML coding
