The Opportunity
The Leadership Development Program Manager is the architect of our future leadership pipeline. We are seeking a strategic professional to join our in-office team to design, implement, and continuously improve the initiatives that cultivate our next generation of leaders.
In this highly visible role, you will take true ownership of our Management Training Program. You will partner with business leaders to build robust learning pathways, facilitate engaging workshops, and prepare high-potential frontline employees for advancement. Beyond curriculum design, you will leverage advanced assessment tools to build actionable development plans, all while managing and coaching our internal training team to execute these strategies flawlessly.

What You'll Do
In this highly strategic role, you will be the driving force behind our leadership pipeline and talent development initiatives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Leadership Development Program (70%)
  • Design & Facilitate: Partner with business leaders to build and implement a robust Management Training Program. Create and facilitate comprehensive learning pathways, workshops, and coaching for high-potential frontline leaders.
  • Evaluate & Improve: Continuously analyze program metrics, participant feedback, and business outcomes to refine and elevate training effectiveness.
  • Drive Succession: Support organization-wide talent reviews and succession planning, monitoring participant progress to recommend ongoing development opportunities.

Assessment and Development (15%)
  • Leverage Tools: Administer assessment platforms and build competency models that align with our organizational leadership expectations.
  • Actionable Growth: Partner directly with managers to translate raw assessment insights into highly actionable development plans and facilitate post-assessment coaching.

Training Team Leadership (10%)
  • Guide the Team: Manage, coach, and develop our internal training team to ensure the flawless delivery of learning programs alongside the VP of Talent.
  • Manage Operations: Oversee program communications, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder engagement while continuously evaluating training impact and learner engagement.

Organizational Support (5%)
  • Champion Culture: Assist with broader HR initiatives, including performance management cycles, change management efforts, and culture-building activities.
  • HR Assistance: Provide ad-hoc support for recruiting and employee relations. (Note: Requires regular, punctual attendance and occasional travel based on business needs).

What You Bring
To be successful in this role, you will bring a mix of instructional design expertise, strategic team leadership, and strong analytical skills. We are looking for candidates who possess:
  • Program Design & Facilitation: Proven experience designing, implementing, and evaluating impactful leadership development programs, coupled with the ability to confidently facilitate training, coach leaders, and manage key stakeholder relationships.
  • Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience successfully leading, supervising, and developing a team of trainers, facilitators, or learning professionals.
  • Data-Driven Insights: The analytical ability to evaluate program data, continuously assess training effectiveness, and translate those insights into strategic, actionable recommendations.
  • Assessment Expertise: Strong proficiency in leveraging leadership assessment and development tools and platforms to drive targeted individual and team growth.
  • Consulting & Project Management: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, paired with the robust project management expertise needed to seamlessly drive complex initiatives from concept to completion.

Your Education & Experience
We believe there are specific educational backgrounds and professional experiences necessary or strongly preferred in order to be successful in this position.
Necessary:
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, Education, or related field.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience in leadership development, talent development, learning and development, organizational development, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace applications (Mail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Chat, Meet).

Preferred:
  • Master's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM, ATD, CPTD, coaching certifications, or related credentials.
  • Experience supporting high-potential talent programs and succession planning.
  • Experience administering leadership assessments and translating results into development strategies.
