Description

The Inflatable Floor Manager will coordinate and monitor production activities, ensuring contract requirements, product specifications, and deadlines are met. The floor manager reports directly to the Inflatables Production Manager.ย 


ย Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Reviews contract specifications, drawings, sales orders and other project documents to understand requirements.
  • Oversees inflatable production staff and production schedule.
  • Ensure acceptable quality standards are consistently achieved.
  • Supervise staff to reduce labor variances and lessen down time.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.ย 

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Assists with setting and overseeing work assignments, schedules, and work quality of the inflatable manufacturing team.


Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:ย 

  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills; organizational skills, attention to detail; time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills; supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, to delegate them when appropriate; ย read and interpret blueprints to draft clear and detailed manufacturing procedures.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Manufacturing experience preferred

Physical Requirements:ย 

  • Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and/or working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at times
