Your Role

As a Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate product options and service needs while delivering an exceptional experience. No door to door sales.

You will:

  • Engage with customers in person to answer product and service questions
  • Provide tailored solutions based on customer needs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic account or product concerns
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records
  • Stay up to date on the latest products, promotions, and services offered
  • Work with your team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve your skills and knowledge

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus (but not required)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • A positive, professional, and coachable attitude
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with leadership potential
  • Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
