  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and fleet activity using digital tools

  • Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and compliant with all health and safety regulations

  • Coordinating and managing building maintenance, small fixes done by you, larger to call in trades

  • Garbage collection and removal (empty garbage)

  • Cleaning oversight, towels, dispensers, ordering supplies

  • Coordinate with technicians and office staff to ensure parts and equipment availability aligns with field service demands

  • Identify and help resolve inefficiencies in warehouse and fleet processes

  • Comfortable and experienced driving cube trucks and trailers (required)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable using digital inventory and record-keeping tools

  • Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and manage the physical demands of warehouse work

  • Clear, professional communication and leadership skills

  • Legally authorized to work in Canada (IGC does not sponsor work permits, visas, or immigration processes)
