We are seeking a motivated Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. Requirements

  • Active Indiana Insurance License with at least six months of personal insurance account management experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, rating procedures, and industry operations.
  • Proven track record of sales success with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Customer-focused, professional, and assertive in developing client relationships.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with agency management systems and technology.
  • Bilingual - Not required but is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members, mentor staff, and contribute expertise in both formal and informal settings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, continuing education, and product changes to enhance performance.
