Job Description
Clinical Excellence: Assist the dentist during procedures with efficiency and confidence in a modern, well-equipped facility.
Patient Comfort: Provide exceptional chairside care, helping patients feel at ease throughout their visit.
Diagnostics: Take high-quality digital X-rays and accurately document patient information.
Sterilization & Safety: Prepare treatment rooms and strictly adhere to infection control and sterilization standards.
Patient Education: Clearly communicate post-operative instructions and oral hygiene strategies to patients.
Team Operations: Support the clinical team to maintain a smooth daily workflow and keep the schedule running efficiently.
Salary Range
Full-time $24 - $27 per hour

Shift & Schedule
Full-time (32โ40 hours per week).
Requirements
- Experienced Dental Assistant (1+ years)
- Infection Control License
- Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant
- X-ray / Radiography Certification
Experience: 1 year of Dental Assisting experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcomeโwe are happy to provide on-the-job training!
Certifications: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) and X-Ray Certification are highly preferred.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with dental instruments, procedures, and infection control standards.
Soft Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, organizational skills, and a positive "team-player" mindset.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
