Job Summary

The Plant Maintenance Supervisor leads a team of multi-skilled technicians (mechanical, electrical, PLC) to ensure maximum equipment availability and facility safety. This role involves managing preventative maintenance (PM) schedules, coordinating emergency repairs, and driving continuous improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership:Manage, train, and schedule maintenance technicians across multiple shifts. Oversee unionized or non-union workforces in compliance with labor agreements.
  • Maintenance Strategy:Execute preventative and predictive maintenance programs using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) like SAP or Maximo.
