Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Industrial Maintenance Electricians for projects located in the Whitetail, MI area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $50/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:      

  • Diagnose & repair complex mechanical malfunctions in pneumatic hydraulic and mechanical drive systems
  • Perform root-cause analysis on equipment failures to prevent recurrence rather than just replacing parts
  • Utilize precision measurement tools, calipers, micrometers & dial indicators to verify tolerances and equipment health
  • Execute scheduled pm work orders including lubrication, filter changes, belt tensioning, and sensor cleaning
  • Utilize predictive maintenance pdm tools such as thermal imaging and vibration sensors to identify early signs of component fatigue
  • Maintain accurate digital records within our cmms computerized maintenance management system to track machine history and parts usage
  • Rebuild and repair pumps gearboxes blowers and compressors
  • Service and troubleshoot high-pressure hydraulic units including valves cylinders and accumulators
  • Inspect and replace bearings seals chains and sprockets on high-speed conveyor systems
  • Perform basic electrical troubleshooting up to 480v including motor testing fuse replacement and checking for power-in/power-out at sensors and plcs
  • Interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to isolate faults in control circuits
Requirements
  • 7 years in an industrial maintenance or industrial mechanical role
  • Ability to read and interpret complex mechanical hydraulic and basic electrical schematics
  • Expert knowledge of lockout/tagout loto procedures and osha safety standards
  • Must possess a personal professional-grade toolkit
