Job description

The Manager Industrial Engineering leads plant-wide industrial engineering efforts to optimize productivity, capacity, and operational efficiency. This role oversees the Industrial Engineering team and drives the use of plant capacity and capability management tools (PCCMT) to identify gaps and improve performance. The position plays a critical role in establishing engineered standards, improving labor utilization, and supporting strategic initiatives. This leader partners closely with plant management to deliver data-driven insights and continuous improvement across operations.

  • Establish and maintain engineered standards, time studies, routings, and work center assignments

  • Support capital projects with data-driven analysis and coordinate layout changes for operational effectiveness

  • Partner with plant leadership to provide insights, recommendations, and performance improvement strategies

  • Collaborate with regional teams to support data requests, scenario planning, and enterprise initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; advanced degree is a plus

  • 7+ years of experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on industrial engineering

  • Experience developing engineered standards using MOST and time study methodologies

  • Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles

$105,288.00 - $195,533.00

However, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such-as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
