An Industrial Engineer Manager oversees teams of industrial engineers to streamline production processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs in manufacturing or service operations. Their responsibilities include analyzing workflow, implementing process improvements, managing projects, and coordinating with other departments to ensure optimal resource utilization. They also play a key role in quality control, safety standards, and training staff to adopt new procedures. Ultimately, they help organizations achieve higher productivity and profitability through systematic problem-solving and innovation.
