Job Details:

The Cluster Automation & Controls Lead is responsible for manufacturing automation systems and cybersecurity in terms of maintaining a constant high level of system reliability.

This covers existing and newly deployed systems as part of Capital projects.

You will develop capability for cybersecurity and automation within the Cluster

Responsible for CCN based Automation/ control systems for a cluster of plants: 

Responsible for day-to-day management site automation within the cluster 

Responsible for cyber security technology at the plant cluster following MINT standards 

Ensures site is following company standards for automation, infrastructure (MINT) and cyber security 

Develops and executes site roadmaps for automation, CCN infrastructure incl delivery of shared infrastructure (IDC and CCN components) 

Issue escalation points for Automation, CCN Automation Infrastructure or cyber security · Development of site and cluster budgets and management of spending for support, maintenance and lifecycle management in line with the standards  

Coordinates and ensures business involvement during technology lifecycle to support changes/ upgrades/ replacements  

Owns the business continuity plan including disaster recovery of CCN systems · Ensure alignment between local BCP and Enterprise recovery procedures, regarding CCN Automation systems
