Job description

Mallory Safety & Supply is expanding into the Wilmington, Delaware market, and we're looking for an ambitious Territory Manager to help establish and grow our presence in the region.

This is not your typical sales role.

We're offering a rare opportunity for someone who wants to build a territory, develop customer relationships, and play a key role in launching Mallory's next phase of growth. You'll start with an existing book of business, an established customer base, local inventory, and the support of one of the largest independently owned safety distributors in the country. From there, you'll have the opportunity to expand the business, develop new customer relationships, and help shape the future of our Wilmington operation.

If you've ever wanted the excitement of a startup opportunity backed by the resources, inventory, reputation, and stability of an established industry leader, this is that opportunity.

At Mallory Safety & Supply, we get energized by applying thought and creativity to provide best-in-class solutions. That energy has fueled tremendous growth, making us the largest independently owned safety distributor in the country, with more than 35 locations, 600+ employees, over $34 million in inventory, and a $1.5 million rental fleet.

As our Territory Manager for Wilmington, you'll inherit an established foundation of business while taking ownership of growing Mallory's presence throughout the greater Wilmington and Philadelphia corridor. • Submit orders and proposals while maintaining accurate customer records and activity reports
  • Resolve customer concerns and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge through supplier partnerships, training, and industry engagement
  • Contribute to branch and territory growth initiatives as Mallory expands its presence in the region
  • Support local operations and customer service efforts as needed

Benefits

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • 7 Paid Holidays
  • Supplemental Life and Accident Insurance
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Referral Bonus Program
  • Flexible schedule with opportunities for remote work
  • Private, family-owned company with a positive and supportive culture

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of sales experience
  • Industrial, safety, construction, manufacturing, MRO, or distribution sales experience preferred

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
