  • You will oversee regional distribution operations to ensure products are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time overseeing regional distribution operations
  • In this role you will manage a fleet of eight tractors and sixteen trailers, optimizing utilization to meet delivery schedules and reduce operational costs managing fleet utilization
  • You shall lead and develop a team of ten drivers and two mechanics, fostering a high performance culture centered on safety and service excellence leading drivers and mechanics
  • Additionally uphold strict adherence to transportation regulations and company policies related to safety and environmental standards ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Furthermore monitor and coordinate five thousand four hundred twenty deliveries and over five hundred nineteen thousand miles driven annually to maintain efficiency and reliability monitoring delivery performance
  • You are expected to develop and execute strategies for operational improvements including route optimization and process enhancements driving operational improvements
  • Lastly collaborate cross functionally with other departments to align distribution efforts with business objectives and customer needs while coordinating maintenance activities to minimize downtime collaborating across departments
