Job description

Reporting to the Program Manager, the Program Analyst performs financial and project analysis using approved DoD systems, supports cost, schedule, and performance studies, develops program and project documentation (including SOWs, metrics, and budget exhibits), and provides decision-support reporting and process improvements using Microsoft Office tools.

This position is located in Keyport, WA. What You'll Do * Performs financial and project data gathering and analysis using approved systems and applications. * Applies double-entry bookkeeping principles to support financial metrics, account balancing, and transaction accuracy.

* Reviews transaction lists for accuracy, trends, and anomalies, and identifies needed corrections. * Uses approved DoD systems and collaboration tools to manage project and financial data. * Conducts organizational, budgetary, and efficiency studies related to cost, schedule, and performance, and provides recommendations.

* Analyzes project and program effectiveness, policy development, regulatory compliance, and information systems. * Supports and leads ad-hoc projects for senior leadership. * Prepares statements of work, metrics, budget exhibits, and other program deliverables with minimal oversight.

* Conducts work simplification and measurement studies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. * Develops and updates operations and procedures manuals. * Coordinates and communicates project plans and execution updates with minimal government involvement.

* Uses Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Word) to create analysis, reports, and decision-support materials. * Bid and proposal support if requested. * Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications: * The ability to obtain and maintain an active secret clearance is required to be considered for this position. * Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is required. * Typically requires at least three (3) years of project or program management experience (Lean Principles desired).

* Must possess basic computer literacy and data entry skills. * Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Demonstrated problem-solving skills. * Must possess strong time management skills.

* Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment. * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Physical Requirements: * Must be able to remain seated in a stationary position 50% of the time.

Must also be able to alternate between sitting, standing, and walking. INDUS aims to provide a competitive compensation package, including a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay for this position is $33.14 - $36.00 per hour.

This position is eligible to participate in our corporate 401(k) and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) programs, and may be eligible for performance bonuses, and other rewards and benefits (see more about our compensation package and benefits offered at Culture @ INDUS | INDUS Technology). The pay range for this role considers job-related knowledge, skills, work location, education and training, and certifications.
