Job description

Cimarron is seeking an individual with strong organizational and interpersonal skills who can serve as our Office Operations Intern. This role is integral to the daily operation of the business and to the experience we provide our customers and employees. This is a part-time internship position, not to exceed 20 hours per week.

Two positions are available. One intern will support the morning shift and one will support the afternoon shift. Shift assignment will be determined at the time of hire.

Key Duties: Executive calendar management and coordination. Front-office operations. Manager visitor reception and access control.

Ensures guests are welcomed and processed in accordance with our security policies and procedures.Required Skills, Experience, and Education: Due to facility security requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for consideration at this time. This position requires access to federal facilities

Candidates must possess a valid, unexpired Real ID-compliant driver's license or state-issued identification card at the time of hire. If you are unsure whether your ID is Real ID-compliant, please check for the star symbol in the upper portion of your driver's license or state ID. Must be detail oriented.
