Job description

This role supports the tax function by assisting with compliance, reporting, and planning initiatives across domestic and international operations. Client Details Our client is a globally recognized trading and investment firm with a long-standing presence across industrial sectors and international markets. Description Assist with preparation of federal, state, and international tax filings Support quarterly and annual tax provision processes (ASC 740) Compile and analyze financial data for tax reporting and compliance purposes Coordinate with external advisors on tax filings and technical matters Assist with indirect tax (VAT, sales/use) and transfer pricing documentation Monitor changes in tax regulations and support internal impact assessments Maintain tax records, documentation, and workpapers Support tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
