Job Summary

Manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts while ensuring supplier and customer compliance with contract and material requirements.

Job Duties

Plan and order materials to support production across assigned locations and inventory cribs.

Review inventory levels and planned demand to create purchase orders as needed.

Communicate regularly with customers to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Oversee the inventory cycle count program, including coordinating monthly counts and reviewing results.

Analyze inventory and demand reports to support 12-month production forecasts and ensure system accuracy.

Partner with Engineering on packaging improvements, drawings, and other project initiatives.

Provide backup support for indirect purchasing, including shop floor supply orders.

Supervise, coach, and evaluate team members.

Assist with and participate in physical inventory activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.

Two or more years of inventory control, inventory management, or related experience.

Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Experience with forecasting, inventory planning, and budgeting.

Manufacturing experience required.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
