LCS is hiring for an Executive Director to oversee the overall operations a Clarendale at Indian Lake located in Hendersonville, TN. This community offers 115 independent living units, 38 assisted living, and 38 memory care units. At Clarendale at Indian Lake, you will have an opportunity to join a collaborative, energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding experiences for residents and their families while fostering a culture of compassion, accountability, and excellence. 

The Executive Director serves as the overall leader of the community, responsible for operational excellence, financial performance, resident satisfaction, employee engagement, and strategic growth. This role provides visionary leadership while creating exceptional experience for residents, families, and team members.

What You'll Do:  

  • Inspire, coach, and develop department leaders and team members to achieve individual and organizational success 
  • Ensure exceptional resident care, hospitality, and satisfaction through quality programs and services 
  • Drive occupancy and financial performance through strategic planning and partnership with sales and marketing teams  
  • Develop and manage operating budgets while ensuring fiscal responsibility  
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, healthcare partners, and the local community  
  • Partner with regional leadership to execute organizational goals and long-term strategic initiatives 

What We're Looking For: 

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, hospitality, or related field  
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience within senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related service industry  
  • Provide experience leading large teams and managing multi-department operations 
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget, forecasting, and operational planning  
  • Exceptional communication, relationship building, and leadership skills  
  • Passion for serving older adults and creating exceptional resident experiences
