DRW is seeking an experienced Equity Index Options Voice Trader to join one of our established trading teams. In this role, you will leverage your market expertise and quantitative insight to price and execute equity index options trades while managing risk in fast-moving global markets. You'll work closely with portfolio managers, quantitative researchers, and technology teams to identify opportunities, enhance trading strategies, and improve execution.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys making real-time decisions under pressure, and has a deep understanding of equity index derivatives, volatility, and market dynamics.

What You'll Do
  • Price, negotiate, and execute listed equity index options transactions across global markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers, institutional counterparties and liquidity providers.
  • Identify relative value, volatility, and macro-driven trading opportunities.
  • Actively manage option portfolios, including delta, gamma, vega, and other risk exposures.
  • Monitor market developments, economic events, and volatility regimes that influence equity index options markets.
  • Collaborate with quantitative researchers and developers to improve pricing models, execution tools, and trading workflows.
  • Provide feedback on trading systems, analytics, and risk management tools to drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute new trading ideas and strategies that enhance the team's performance.
  • Maintain disciplined risk management while operating in highly competitive markets.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or another quantitative discipline.
  • 3+ years of professional experience trading listed equity index options.
  • Strong understanding of:

  • Volatility surfaces and term structure
  • Greeks and options risk management
  • Market microstructure and execution
  • Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions in fast-moving markets.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.

The annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $250,000 depending on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and relevant skill set. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
