To thrive as a Graduate Trader, you need strong analytical skills, mathematical proficiency, and a degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field. Familiarity with trading platforms, programming languages like Python, and financial modeling tools is highly valued. What are Graduate Trading roles?

Graduate Trading roles are entry-level positions within financial institutions, designed for recent graduates who are interested in building a career in trading financial instruments such as stocks, bonds, commodities, or derivatives. These roles typically involve training programs that teach analytical, quantitative, and risk management skills, alongside hands-on experience on the trading floor or with electronic trading systems. Graduate traders often start by assisting senior traders, analyzing market trends, and executing trades under supervision.
