Job description

At Enclos, we deliver some of the most complex and innovative building envelop projects across the country. We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Senior Marketing Specialist to support our East Preconstruction team by developing compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials that help position Enclos as the partner of choice for architects, developers, and owners.

This role combines strategic proposal development, graphic design, content creation, and brand management to showcase our expertise, strengthen our market presence, and support business growth across the East Coast.

The ideal candidate is located in Minneapolis, New York City, Washington D.C., St. Louis, or Dallas.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for assisting the East Preconstruction Management team with bid proposal submittals; presentations for bid interviews, informational meetings and industry events; managing the Enclos social media presence; graphic design; technical publications; management of website content; management of Enclos' graphic assets; and development of new proposal formats.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with the East Preconstruction Group to develop and submit detailed project proposals and bid presentations using design software such as InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, BlueBeam, and PowerPoint.
  • Manage the Enclos social media presence within established guidelines.
  • Work with Preconstruction managers to develop informational presentations (PDF or Power Point) which will be presented to clients highlighting specific projects and Enclos capabilities.
  • Develop Enclos technical publications for distribution to architects, developers, and owners.
  • Coordinate with in-house engineers and designers, estimators, preconstruction managers, project managers, and other internal departments to secure timely feedback for proposals.
  • Attend planning meetings, some travel required, to develop project approach, timelines, content, and overall proposal strategy.
  • Maintain up to date content for project profiles, resumes, reference letters, banking references and safety data.
  • Coordinate printing (if required) of project documents and sale proposals.
  • Maintain database of information with necessary parties for completion of prequalification submittals including safety, finance and operations information.
  • Maintain and keep up to date Enclos' archive of digital assets, including project photographs and other visual content.
  • Develop new proposal formats such as digital publications, interactive PDFs, digital flip books, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year College or University; or minimum of 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.), BlueBeam, PowerPoint
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Proficient in Word Processing software, Spreadsheet software, Internet software and Database software, and Design software.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as policies, legal terms, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed to attend planning meetings, industry events, client presentations, project sites, and other business-related activities.
  • Experience in or general knowledge of the construction industry.

Compensation

At the Enclos family of companies, compensation is determined based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. The successful candidate for the Senior Marketing Specialist role in Bloomington, MN can expect to earn $85,000 to $100,000 per year. Base salary will be adjusted to reflect the market rate of the candidate's location. This position is also eligible to participate in the company's incentive bonus plan.
