Job description

The Best Players Need the Best People.

This role will provide comprehensive paralegal support for Tournament Players Club operations, PGA TOUR Charities, litigation matters and PGA TOUR events.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2 years college course work or equivalent technical training required.
  • Bachelor's degree and Paralegal Certificate preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years paralegal experience required.
  • Prior work experience in a corporate legal and/or corporate law firm environment required.
  • Previous experience with corporate records, corporate contracts, and non-profit entities preferred.
  • Advanced level skills with Microsoft Word (required) and Lexis-Nexis/ Westlaw (preferred).

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

  • Prepare and review contractual arrangements, including: service agreements, vendor agreements, ticketing and hotel agreements, leases, independent contractor, tournament-related agreements, and other business arrangements of the PGA TOUR and/or Tournament Players Clubs, as directed.
  • Prepare and review charity registrations, charity filings, gift agreements, and other charity related contractual agreements.
  • Prepare and review commercial agreements, including sponsorship, facilities, television, tournament, and other contractual agreements.
  • Provide daily legal support to various business divisions across the PGA TOUR as directed.
  • Special projects or other duties as assigned.
