Our client is looking for a Mid-Level Litigation Associate Attorney. Please read below for additional information.
Role: Mid-Level Litigation Associate Attorney
Locations: San Francisco, CA | Newport Beach, CA | Alexandria, VA | West Palm Beach, FL | Austin, TX
Job Type: Full-Time | Work Model: Onsite
Compensation: Competitive (Based on Experience)
Practice Areas: Litigation | Constitutional Law | Commercial Litigation | Employment Litigation | Civil Rights | Appeals
Key Responsibilities:
Draft pleadings, motions, notices, affidavits, and discovery documents
Prepare substantive first drafts of litigation filings under
attorney supervision
Assist with case development, investigation, and fact gathering
Conduct legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, Fastcase
Manage discovery workflows from collection through production
Utilize eDiscovery platforms (Relativity, Everlaw, Logikcull)
Prepare filings via PACER and state e-filing systems
Support trial preparation through exhibit management
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 2 years of substantive paralegal experience
Litigation support experience
Westlaw, LexisNexis, or equivalent legal research experience
PACER and state/federal court filing experience
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, redlining, TOC, TOA)
Strong Plus: ABA Paralegal Certificate, Relativity/Everlaw/Logikcull, trial preparation, deposition summaries
