Overview
Want to be your own Boss! Although Symbria is an employee-owned company, we have unique opportunities available for you to truly be your own boss as an Independent Contract Delivery Driver. These independent contractor opportunities will be supporting our Pharmacy division in Lees Summit, MO with the delivery of client prescriptions to the assisted living communities where they reside.
***Looking for a STAT/Backup Driver to cover routes in Lees Summit, MO***
Responsibilities
What's is in it for you:
  • Company will enter into a formal agreement for delivery services being provided
  • Ability to grow your own income while maintaining an established route and on-demand opportunities
  • Multiple opportunities available with varying schedules and routes
  • No overnight stays required, with all routes being local deliveries
  • Contracted pay with established mileage rates varying on length of delivery routes

Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who enjoy being self-employed, may be tired of the ups and downs of ride share driving and/or need some more consistency within their daily work schedule. If this is you, here are some requirements you will need to meet in order to qualify for this opportunity:
  • Valid Driver's License with ample driving experience
  • Fully insured with commercial, registered and reliable vehicle
  • Established as a business, LLC preferred (must be able to provide TIN & EIN prior to start)
  • Access to Billing Software - QuickBooks preferred, but not required
  • Android-based Smartphone availability for navigation assistance
  • Must be able to successfully pass Drug, MVR and Background screening requirements
  • Covid 19: Must be fully vaccinated as a requirement of the assisted living communities you will be delivering to
