The Role

As a Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, staff, and vendors. You'll help create a welcoming experience while supporting reception, administrative, and facility operations that keep our organization running smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome and assist patients, visitors, vendors, and staff.
  • Manage building access and visitor sign-in procedures.
  • Monitor facility activity, security systems, and entrances.
  • Answer phones, route inquiries, and support administrative functions.
  • Maintain accurate logs, records, and documentation.
  • Support daily facility and front desk operations.
  • Report security concerns and unusual activity as needed.
