Familiarity with digital signing platforms, secure document handling, and possessing certification from organizations like the National Notary Association are typically required. Exceptional communication, reliability, and professionalism help build trust with clients and facilitate smooth closings. These skills and qualities are crucial for ensuring legal compliance, preventing errors, and fostering repeat business in a highly regulated industry.
